Ashiatsu massage is a barefoot massage technique that uses the therapist's feet to apply deep pressure to the client's body. The word "ashiatsu" comes from the Japanese words ashi, which means "foot", and atsu, which means "pressure". • What is an Ayurveda treatment?
Ayurveda is a traditional system of medicine that originates from India. It emphasizes a holistic approach to healing, balancing the mind, body, and spirit to improve overall health and well-being. Ayurveda uses natural remedies, including herbal medicines, massage, and dietary changes, to treat various illnesses and promote a healthy lifestyle. It is a timeless and comprehensive system of medicine that has been practiced for thousands of years and continues to be relevant today. Ayurvedic facials are beauty treatments inspired by the ancient Indian philosophy of Ayurveda. These facials use natural ingredients and techniques to improve the health and appearance of the skin. The treatment begins with a skin analysis to determine the type of skin and the appropriate products to be used. The facial may include cleansing, exfoliation, steam, massage, and applying an herbal mask. Ayurvedic facials are designed to balance the three doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha) that are believed to govern the body and mind. The goal of an Ayurvedic facial is to nourish the skin, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being. Integrating Ayurvedic aromatherapy into your daily routine can profoundly impact your overall well-being. Ayurveda is an ancient Indian system of medicine that focuses on balancing the body, mind, and spirit. Aromatherapy, on the other hand, is a holistic healing practice that uses essential oils to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual health. When combined, Ayurveda and aromatherapy can help soothe and balance the doshas, which are the three energies that govern the body and mind. This can lead to reduced stress, improved sleep, increased energy levels, and a greater sense of overall well-being. By using custom-blended Ayurvedic experiences such as MISSION signature blend and MISSION brillante blend, you can harness the power of Ayurvedic aromatherapy to promote balance and harmony in your life.
