As our dedicated concierge, she ensures every guest feels seen, cared for, and fully supported from the moment they walk through the door. Alaina is also a full-time esthetics student, graduating in June, and brings her growing passion for skincare and wellness into everything she does. Her warm personality, attention to detail, and excitement for the beauty industry make her an invaluable part of our team.
