Neon Armadillo is an iconic new dining destination in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, blending the bold, comforting flavors of Texas BBQ and Tex-Mex in a vibrant space built around family, fun, and community. We like to call it a Hill Country Playground!! With a large playscape for kids to roam, a large stage for showcasing some of the best of Hill Country talent, and plenty of TVs for catching the big game, there's truly something for everyone.

Our menu, led by Operating Partner Adam Puskorius, is rooted in supporting local farmers and ranchers who are doing things the right way.
